Now down to a week

Yesterday Betty and I collected our tickets and caught up with Jann - I am arranging a housesitter so that means I will have to clean house!!! Oh No.... Everything is now in the back bedroom that I think I need to take - only means culling and more culling.  We have been told that we should carry a chain and lock to put round our bags while travelling on trains/ferries on the Nile... really - I think if they want to get into our bags a chain isn't going to make much difference! I guess it would make it more difficult though - but carrying a chain seems a bit excessive don't you think? Not to mention heavy!

Two weeks to Go!

Only two weeks to go - getting a bit excited now - although the luggage is a problem - think I  need to take everything.  Best to put all out and then sort again and again and again until we go!!!
